faichai Terms & Conditions

1.1 Age Requirement. The faichai platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This minimum age is set in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style online gaming activity in the Republic of the Philippines. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. faichai reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification such as a Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, or similar document.

1.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the faichai platform is legal in your jurisdiction. faichai does not warrant or represent that the services are available or lawful in all locations. You agree not to use faichai from any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

1.3 Capacity. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not under any legal disability or incapacity that would prevent you from entering into or performing obligations under these Terms, and that you are not a politically exposed person or subject to applicable sanctions lists.

1.4 One Account Per Person. Each eligible person may hold only one registered faichai account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited regardless of intent and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

2.1 Registration Process. To access the full features of the faichai platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

2.2 Accurate Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and payment details — is true, accurate, and belongs to you personally. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

2.3 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your faichai login credentials, including your password and OTP codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. faichai will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

2.4 Unauthorized Access. You must notify faichai immediately via our 24/7 live chat support if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization or that your credentials have been compromised. faichai reserves the right to suspend your account pending investigation of any reported or suspected unauthorized access.

2.5 Account Verification (KYC). faichai may at any time require you to complete identity verification procedures ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) as a condition of continued platform access or processing of withdrawal requests. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

3.1 Philippine Peso Wallet. faichai operates a PHP-native wallet. All balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). No currency conversion is applied to PHP transactions made through supported payment channels.

3.2 Accepted Payment Methods. faichai currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. Updated payment method information will be reflected on the faichai platform.

3.3 Own Payment Methods Only. You may only deposit using payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. faichai reserves the right to return deposits made from unrecognized or third-party sources and to withhold withdrawals pending payment method verification.

3.4 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount on faichai is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed within your faichai account at the time of the withdrawal request.

3.5 Deposit Processing Times. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your faichai wallet within minutes of confirmation. Processing times for bank transfer channels (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, PesoNet) may vary. faichai is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

3.6 Withdrawal Processing. faichai will process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the platform at the time of your request. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. faichai reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal and to delay or withhold withdrawals pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

3.7 Dormant Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be considered dormant. faichai reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform. You will be notified prior to any dormancy fee being applied.

4.1 Promotional Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by faichai are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

4.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your faichai account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and validity periods will be specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Bets placed on games excluded from wagering requirement fulfillment will not count toward meeting those requirements.

4.3 One Bonus Per Household. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one per person, per household address, per shared IP address, and per shared device. faichai reserves the right to limit or withdraw a promotional offer from any player where there is evidence of coordinated or systematic bonus exploitation.

4.4 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular wagering patterns — including but not limited to low-risk combination betting designed solely to fulfill wagering requirements, account cooperation, or collusion — is considered bonus abuse and constitutes a breach of these Terms. faichai reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds where abuse is detected, and to suspend the accounts involved.

4.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn prior to completion of applicable wagering requirements. Real-money funds in your wallet are generally available for withdrawal in accordance with Section 3, subject to KYC and any applicable wagering requirements on matched deposit bonuses.

4.6 faichai's Discretion. faichai reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. faichai's decision on all matters relating to promotional eligibility, bonus crediting, and wagering requirement calculations is final.

5.1 Game Rules. Each game and betting market available on the faichai platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the applicable game rules before placing any wager. General platform Terms take precedence where game-specific rules are silent on a particular matter.

5.2 Bet Acceptance. A wager is not binding on faichai until it has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued. faichai reserves the right to decline or limit any wager at its discretion without being required to provide a reason. Bets placed after an event has commenced may be voided if accepted in error.

5.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a software malfunction, data feed error, human error in odds compilation, or any other error that results in an incorrect price or outcome being displayed or accepted, faichai reserves the right to void the affected bets. No winnings will be paid on bets accepted as a result of an obvious error. faichai will notify affected players and refund the original stake where a bet is voided under this clause.

5.4 Sports Betting Settlement. Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body of the applicable sport. For PBA games, the PBA's official match results are the sole reference for settlement purposes. faichai is not obligated to honor bets settled on unofficial or preliminary results that are subsequently reversed by the relevant governing body.

5.5 Live Betting. In-play betting markets are offered at faichai's discretion and may be suspended or withdrawn at any time without notice. Odds for live markets are subject to rapid change. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are satisfied with the displayed odds at the time your bet is confirmed. faichai will not honor claims based on odds that were displayed but not confirmed prior to a market suspension.

5.6 RNG Certification. Slot games, virtual table games, bingo, and other games of chance offered on the faichai platform use Random Number Generators that are certified by independent testing agencies. Game outcomes are determined solely by the RNG and are not influenced by previous results, bet sizes, or any external factor.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the faichai platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant legal authorities where applicable:

• Multiple Accounts: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one faichai player account.
• Identity Fraud: Registering using false personal information, impersonating another person, or using stolen identity documents.
• Underage Gambling: Registering as, or allowing access to, any person under the age of 21 years.

• Bonus Exploitation: Engaging in systematic wagering patterns designed solely to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent.
• Chargeback Fraud: Filing unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes for deposits that were genuinely made and used on the faichai platform.
• Hacking or System Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to faichai's systems, circumvent security measures, or interfere with the platform's normal operation.
• Circumventing Self-Exclusion: Attempting to register a new account or access the platform during a self-exclusion period.

8.1 Ownership. 8.2 Limited License. faichai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the faichai platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. 9.1 Gaming Risk Acknowledgment. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose real money when using the faichai platform. You accept full responsibility for all wagers placed using your faichai account and for any financial losses incurred as a result of your gaming activity.

9.2 Platform Availability. faichai endeavors to maintain platform availability at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. 9.4 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, faichai's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the faichai platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your faichai wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.5 Exclusions. faichai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the faichai platform.

10.1 faichai's Right to Terminate. faichai reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where faichai reasonably believes that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) you have engaged in fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activity; (c) your account poses a risk management, regulatory compliance, or responsible gaming concern; or (d) faichai is required to do so by law, regulation, or the instruction of a competent authority.

10.2 Player-Initiated Closure. You may close your faichai account at any time by contacting our 24/7 live chat support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with Section 3. If you are closing your account due to gambling-related concerns, we encourage you to request a self-exclusion in addition to account closure.

10.3 Forfeiture on Breach. Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, faichai reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including real-money funds, bonus funds, and pending winnings, where the breach involved fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering.

10.4 Survival. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Section 6 (Prohibited Conduct), Section 8 (Intellectual Property), Section 9 (Limitation of Liability), and Section 12 (Governing Law) — shall remain in full force and effect following account termination.

11.1 Right to Amend. faichai reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on the faichai platform at faichai.bet/terms-conditions with the updated effective date clearly indicated.

11.2 Notification. Where changes to these Terms are material, faichai will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details on file, including notification upon next login to the platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically and to remain informed of any updates.

11.3 Continued Use. Your continued use of the faichai platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact our support team to initiate account closure.

12.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and faichai arising from your use of the platform or these Terms, you agree to first contact faichai's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. faichai will endeavor to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

12.3 Formal Proceedings. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for resolution of the dispute.

12.4 Language. These Terms are executed in the English language. Any translation provided is for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation or enforceability of the English version, which shall govern in all respects.

12.5 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

12.6 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with faichai's Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific or promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and faichai with respect to your use of the faichai platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
